Anxiety, Depression and Stress
I really appreciate all you are doing! I am so very excited to get the word out, and get people broke from that vicious cycle of prescription medicine and stress.
I am sick and tired of feeling sick and tired. The anxiety disorder I've had has caused a bad case of fatigue and depression. I'm ready to make changes in my life; eating healthy, exercising, and most of all to encourage others to do the same. There is no pills (prescription or natural) that will make us feel our best without eating healthy, drinking 8-10 glasses of water, and exercising. Although I do believe in supplements, and I really believe in BeCALM'd!
I'm already feeling better taking the BeCalm'd, my anxiety is gone!! After two days, and I'm already feeling a lot better. I'm not eating as much as I was either. Lord knows I need to lose weight. Eating has been another problem of mine. I believe the problem had been increased from my anxiety disorder. Now that anxiety problem is gone and so is the eating from it. I'm looking forward to BeCalm'd helping me to lose weight, too.
